• A confirmation will be ensured at the time of the Marina Dhow Cruise booking
• The Departure time of the Dhow Cruise Dubai is fixed and hence, you are requested to be at the berthing dock at least 30 minutes before the cruise
• Our Dhows are properly maintained with only the best and most amiable captain and service crew onboard
• Our Dhows are fully insured and equipped with the necessary navigational equipment, radios, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and life jackets.
• Littering is a punishable offense. Please do not throw your trash in the water and properly dispose in designated containers or keep it with you until the end of the Dhow Dubai cruise.
• Smoking is not allowed onboard the Dhow Cruise.
• Public displays of affection are discouraged.

Any part or entire of your Dhow Cruise Marina can be canceled due to bad weather conditions, government policies or force majeure. However, clients will be offered a closest alternative date or a refund for your Dhow Cruise Dubai. In case the client chooses to cancel a pre-booked trip, our cancellation policy shall apply thenceforth.
