| Q. Can we go for fishing or cruising for 2 to 3 hours only? |
A. Deep Sea Fishing:
As a company which specializes in Deep Sea and Sports Fishing, we recommend minimum 4 hours fishing trips to head out to the sea
for best fishing points. However we can also factor in a 3 hours fishing trip.
Cruising:
To cover most of the icons requires 4 hours as we head out from Dubai Marina Yacht Club to Burj Al Arab, The Palm Jumeirah, The
Atlantis Hotel, World Islands, and Lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. However you can go for 2 or 3 hours also but we recommend
for 4 hours cruising trip. |
| Q. What are the inclusions of the package? |
A. Our Fishing or a cruising charter includes pick-up and drop-off facility from anywhere in Dubai or Sharjah. Our Luxury yachts are fully
insured and equipped with full fishing equipment. Onboard we serve refreshments like water and soft drinks and in our 37FT and 55Ft
there is griller available where our crew will clean the fresh catch fishes, grilled it for you and will serve you on board. |
| Q. Is there a meal provided and included in the said trip? |
| A. Light refreshments are included in the charter. Meals, if required can be arranged at an additional charge. |
| Q. Where is your yacht located? |
| A. Our Sports Fishing Boat and Luxury Yachts are moored at Dubai Marine Yacht Club, Dubai Marina |
| Q. What is the route for cruising trip? |
A. Departing from Dubai Marine Yacht Club we go sailing around the iconic Burj Al Arab, The man made Palm Island, the opulent Atlantis
hotel and the under development World island. The guests will also be able to see Burj Khalifa, and Lagoons for swimming and
snorkeling. |
| Q. Are we allowed to go down and eat in the restaurant while cruising? |
| A. Fishing and cruising trips are done in the sea hence you cannot stop and eat in the restaurant while on the trip. |
| Q. Can we also go for swimming and snorkeling and are all the equipment available on board? |
| A. Yes, swimming and snorkeling is possible in cruising trips and we do provide snorkeling equipment on complimentary basis. |
| Q. Is liquor available onboard? |
| A. No, we don't serve liquor onboard. Guest can bring themselves. |
| Q. Should I bring towels? |
| A. We do provide towels on board however for hygienic reasons we recommend to bring your own towels. |
| Q. Do I really need to bring ID? |
A. To comply with UAE Coastguard Regulations, all cruise passengers must carry proof of identity (Passport, Copy of Passport, or UAE
Driving License) for inspection prior to departure. |
| Q. How many years experience does the crew have? |
A. All our crew is well experienced and holds all the required qualifications to perform their duties on board. All our crew also has fire
safety management, and first aid survival. |
| Q. What if I get sea sickness? |
A. We have on board sea sickness tablets, theses should be taken prior to departure, please ask the crew they will be more than happy
to assist. |
| Q. What if the weather is bad? |
A. If the sea is rough we will try to perform the charter as close as to the cruise route as possible, in the event the weather is not
suitable for sail a credit note for the charter will be issued against any future date. Please see our terms and conditions. |
| Q. Do you offer music on the yacht? |
| A. Yes we have on board sound system, which plays audio CD's & DVD's. Feel free to bring your own music selection. |
| Q. What time should I arrive? |
| A. We recommend all guests to arrive at least 30mins prior to departure time, to avoid any delays. |
| Q. How far in advance do I need to book the yacht? |
| A. Ideally you should book your charter as soon as possible to avoid non availability. |
