Terms and Conditions
- As per UAE federal law, we like to ensure that you are fully informed about the terms and conditions related to cruising and fishing aboard our boats, yachts and dhows.
In order to embark on a Deep Sea Fishing or Yacht Charter trip, all the Guests must carry their original passport or have UAE residence permit. Even an Emirate ID card is enough
The boats and yachts are fully insured for the guests on board, captain and crew.
Cruising or Fishing trips include selected boat or yacht, Captain and one crew member, fuel for the trip, water, ice, soft drinks, tea/ coffee, fishing rods, fishing baits, and snorkeling equipment.
Number of guests must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure. For each boat and yacht, capacity is fixed as per the size by Dubai Government and cannot be exceeded.
The Captain has total authority over seamanship and safe navigation of the yacht, its crew and the passengers. The Captain has total authority over the safe use of all equipment onboard and has the right to prohibit activities deemed to be unsafe.
Responsibility for Children
Children onboard are the sole responsibility of their accompanying parents or guardians.
Flat non-marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heels are not advisable to be worn onboard.
Al Wasl Passenger Yachts and Boats Rental L.L.C. Reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to bad weather, mechanical failure or Coastguard restrictions. In this case, the charter will be rearranged or you can opt for a refund.
Cancellation by Charter Clients
Last minute cancellation or no show will be charged 100%
50% of the charter fee is required to be paid in advance at the time of booking and the balance 50% is required to be paid at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Recreation Liability Indemnity
No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, or any other water sports.
No anti-social behavior will be accepted and if found, will be reported to the Police. Anti-Social behavior will result in the early termination of the charter without any refund.
General Liability Indemnity
No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death.
Observance of all UAE Law and Practices
The following must be observed under UAE Law:
- Number of passengers must not exceed those stated on charter registration.
- All guests under 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
- All fishing must be conducted under UAE regulations
- Alcohol consumption is permitted subject to UAE regulations
- No animals or pets can be brought onboard
- Captain and crew member contingent as required for charters under UAE law.
